Broken? We'll take a look at it.
Has your Grossenbacher product been damaged or is it no longer in the condition it should be? Send it to us or bring it directly to our factory outlet. We'll assess whether it can be repaired and let you know what options are available.
What We Repair
We repair many of our products—regardless of how old they are. Depending on the product and the damage, we can, for example:
- Replace Seams and Straps
- Replacing Hardware and Fasteners
- Replace damaged or worn parts
- make further repairs and adjustments
Whether a repair is worth it and how much it will cost depends on the specific product and the extent of the damage.
How it works
1. Wash the product and fill out the return form at
. You’re welcome to contact us in advance via email so we can assess whether the repair is feasible.

2. Bring in or mail in your product
Bring your product to our factory outlet or mail it to us.
3. We inspect the damage
We examine the product and determine whether and how it can be repaired.
4. You will receive a response at
. For repairs that incur a charge, we will inform you in advance of the estimated cost.
5. We repair
Once you give your approval, we'll get your product back up and running.
FAQs
Yes. You can drop off your product directly at our location in Hasle near Burgdorf during our business hours. Depending on how busy we are, you may even be able to wait while we repair it.
Please make sure the product has been washed and that the completed return form is included. Nobody likes to repair a dirty harness. 😉
Yes. We can often repair older products as well. Whether a repair is possible and worthwhile depends on the condition of the item and the extent of the damage.
